This dialog serves following purposes:
- Connecting and disconnecting to drive
- Loading and saving settings
- Clear drive fault state
Connecting
Preparations
In order to establish a connection from PC to drive, ensure that drive is wired properly. Minimum requirements for connection:
- Argon drive
- 24VDC logic power applied to drive
- Drive connected to PC via RS485 interface (such as SimpleMotion V2 USB adapter)
- Drive address DIP switches configured to give an unique address for drive

Establishing connection
Once all hardware has been connected and powered, use following procedure to connect:
- Choose your Communication interface device from dropdown list
- Choose Device address that equals to the drive's DIP switch setting
- Click Apply to connect
Troubleshooting
- Check if [drive led blinking sequence] is indicating an error
- Check address matching
- Ensure correct interface device has been selected
- Ensure that bus termination DIP setting has been turned on only on the last drive in the bus
