|-
|July 19th, 2019
|1.0.7
|
|New Features / Improvements
* Template profiles and help for games when adding a new profile
* Less CPU consumption in True Drive via slowing down the wheel UI icon updates if the window is not active or if the first tab is not the active tab
* Reduced audible motor noise in all models
* Reduced volume of audible beeps
* Idle beeping now every four minutes (was every two minutes)
Bug fixes
* Bumpstop damping should no longer cause oscillation near endstop boundary
* Fixed Ultra Low Latency implementation issue, scale has changed slightly
* Fixed audible resonance for some Ultimate owners
Known issues
* Temporary wheel center setting is still disabled
* Upon startup wheel angle might jump +-360 degrees, workaround is to re-center wheel in True Drive
Notes
* Due to Ultra Low Latency scale change the setting may need to be re-tuned in some configurations
* Safety related beeps are not muted when disabling device sound notifications. Instead some non-safety critical sounds, such as saturation notification and low wheel battery warning gets muted.
|-
|June 6th, 2019
|1.0.3
|
|Bug fixes
* Torque commands created by ISI/gMotor games (rFactor2, RaceRoom, ...) were not filtered at all. Now they are filtered.
* Torque commands made by other than Constant Torque effect were not clearing the "idle torque" flag on servo drive, causing drive beep while driving. Affected ETS2 and maybe some other games.
Known issues
* Bumpstop effect damping does not work or might produce unexpected effect. The effect is disabled as default.
* Temporary wheel center setting did not work correctly after some last minute safety fixes. Therefore, it is impossible to set a temporary wheel centerpoint in this version. Setting wheel centerpoint permanently does work.
|-
|May 28th, 2019
Pin 1 is the right-most. These are active-low with an internal 3.3 kOhm pull-up resistor.
Use with a RJ45 (8P8C) modular connector. Can be used with straight unshielded or shielded CAT3/5/5e cables (don't use crossover cables!)
Configuration of input modes is done in the X12 input configuration dialog in SimuCUBE firmware 0.11.0 and later. If Buttons is configured, then optionally pin 7 can be a shift button, which will affect both X12 inputs pins so that buttons 1-16 will become 17-32.
X12-lower
Pin 1 is the left-most.
External resistor connection
For SimuCUBE Hardware Revision 2 (1r005 printed on the PCB), it is possible to use an external regenerative braking resistor. Suitable external resistor should have resistance of 2.5 Ohm and rated power of at least 25 Watts. We recommend 50 Watts.

Please note, that if, for whatever reason, the internal resistor on the SimuCUBE has cracked, the steps listed troubleshooting should be performed to analyze the health of the MOSFET transistor.

On SimuCUBE 1r005, the pinout of the external resistor connection has changed compared to the above image. Please refer to the markings on the SimuCUBE board.
