How can you get in contact with these folks?  I have sent nueruoms emails and I haven't been answered in 4 weeks.  I am interested in the FLA-100 for a small side business I am doing.  There is no phone number or anything on their website where to contact them with the exception of an email page.  And they won't answer that!!

Ingrid, did you send your message to http://granitedevices.fi/support? It is the preferred way to contact as emails tend to flood and are some times missed.
