Charge pump enable input means an drive enable signal that needs to be toggled at certain frequency to make a valid enable command. Any static level for charge pump enable signal will be interpreted as disabled state. The purpose of charge pump function is to verify that the controller is connected and alive thus enhance the safety of system.

Logic low Disabled Disabled
