Peak value of sine wave means the maximum value found on a sinusoidal waveform. Other commonly used amplitude values are [root mean square] and peak-to-peak.
- Peak of sine is 1.414 times larger than root mean square (RMS) on a sine wave
- Peak of sine is 1/2 of its peak-to-peak value
