Granite Devices (‘Immediate’ or ‘we’) is committed to protecting the personal information you provide or we collect when you use any of our websites and applications (our ‘services’). Alternatively we will anonymise your information, so that we (or anyone else) can no longer tell that the data relates to you, at which point your information will cease to be considered personal information.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month, unless your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests, in which case it may take longer. If this is the case, we will keep you updated.
